In 1992, I was at my wit's end. I was 26 years old and could barely work because I could not keep focused. My mind was like a runaway freight train. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder and was put on anti-depressants. That took what was left of my energy away and did not help my thinking at all.
